Jacqueline Bay is a purposeful leader with a MA in Business Leadership, and formal training in Project Management. With a foundation in the financial industry, specifically in mortgage brokering, Jacqueline brings a results-driven mindset and strategic lens to any initiative she leads.

Currently, Jacqueline is engaged in developing Indigenous-focused curriculum for a non-profit society, where she combines her leadership skills and cultural insight to create meaningful, transformative educational experiences. Her work is rooted in a passion for empowerment, especially for Indigenous youth, and she sees herself as a bridge to connect people, opportunities, and pathways to success.

A committed community volunteer, Jacqueline actively lends her time and expertise to initiatives that uplift and support others. Whether in boardrooms, classrooms, or community gatherings, she shows up with heart, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference individually and collectively. Jacqueline is an avid treasure hunter in the realm of thrift shops, encourager of family gatherings, constant life long learner, and actively engages in community building pursuits.

Driven by the belief that leadership is service, Jacqueline continues to champion projects that foster equity, inclusion, and lasting impact.
